Although more expenses than some of the other brands they are well worth the additional cost. The only thing to consider is according to the size guide i was a large which i had to exchange for a medium to get the fit i wanted?

Just like to say how helpful Sasha was. There was an item he didnt have, and ordered it in specifically for me. Posted and received on time and so quickly. Such a good selection of Virus and Klokov Winner gear as well as other brands which are hard to get hold of in the UK. If its not in the UK, he'll probably give it a dam good try and get you it.

On holidays from Ireland where there are no shops stocking Crossfit items/ clothing. Good selection of gear and reasonably priced. I visit Edinburgh twice a year and will definitely be making a return trip.

If you have any questions about fitness or supplement use, just ask these guys! Just make sure you have enough money on the meter- they know EVERYTHING! Cool clothing too, which I've only seen in the States. And there's always special offers or discounts available. Try them out! You won't regret it!

Awesome trainer, classes and products from shop. The Crossfit classes with Cross Fitness Training are a bargain compared to the other overpriced crossfit trainers in Edinburgh. The trainer is fully qualified, and delivers classes for all range. When I mean all range, this is from straight forward movements (burpee, box jumps) to the hardcore crossfit movements (i.e. snatches and muscle ups), however at all levels you are guaranteed an awesome crossfit workout aka caters for everyone! Not to mention the coach is a machine, so you have enough motivation training with him. No matter what level you are at, he will make you want to push yourself to the next level of training. The coach also provides fantastic strength, fitness, mobility, nutrition and supplement advice. His store has all the ideal supplements and accessories to help aid training to the next level.
