A bit expensive, but definitely worth it. Feels great, and I can't praise enough the side pocket - Stuff in front pockets usually get squashed when squatting, and get crushed against the bar when deadlifting. I just wished the side pocket was large enough to fit my phone. Still would recommend it though.

Great fit. Increases stability especially during squats, snatches and olympic lifts. Plyometric exercises are fine. Wouldn't recommand for sprints longer them 30 metres.

Solid high quality backpack. I knew what I was getting because my brother has one and I've watched various YouTube videos...but just a great product and exactly what I was looking for. Is surprisingly small/not huge, but of course it's empty. It is very efficient in it's use of space...hence it's "expandability". So can expand to hold a wide amount of items. Is the perfect size...not that large sitting there...but able to expand to accommodate a ton of stuff. Hi quality item and although ridiculously expensive for a backpack (I use a $50 Army surplus backpack right now) but it is a nice product and I don't see myself wearing it out anytime soon...haha!
