I felt a bit confused by the test renewal process and the automatic charges I incurred. I have a retest to take, but as mentioned previously, I am dealing with an injury and am trying to address that first. I do plan to resume the process, though to be honest, I felt that some of the emails and other content received was shaming and a bit patronizing.

I was a little surprised how quickly retests were arriving after I bought the bundle – it wasn't communicated that I'd be charged monthly after paying the upfront 450... and I had literally no time to really take action or see progress. I also think the saliva sample collection is sloppy/not ideal. Should provide a funnel and have sticker labels on flat peelable sheet

The pressure to test monthly is my biggest issue with Base but cust serv has been helpful in changing me to quarterly (dunno why they didn't offer that last time I complained but glad it's an option now). I did faithfully make one significant health change and saw very little improvement (after almost three months of effort) so that was discouraging and made me less inclined to keep testing throughout the year vs. once a year in doc office. I think overall, Base doesn't allow enough time to make changes before pushing another test. This makes me reticent to order additional tests (e.g., hormones) even though I'm kinda curious about that. Also $60 per test feels high. I get that you have to support the platform, shipping, lab fees, personnel etc. but somehow, it feels like a hurdle; I think I'd overall test more if it was closer to $40.

I'm feeling much better after implementing Base's recommendations for my fatigue. I feel much more energetic than I have in months! Very grateful 🙏🏼

Free dietary and lifestyle session with guide was a great service, but after Base began to charge for the service I was no longer interested in this company.

There were some things I liked about base, like the fast shipping, and customer service when I messed up a test. BASE notified me of my mistake and resent a new test kit. The APP layout is less than desirable and hard to interpret. The APP interface needs a lot of work in my opinion. The testosterone results were way way way off. Because of that I quit BASE. I think BASE is on to something good but needs more refining.

I got advice to start a different supplement and then you tried to push tests on me after a couple of weeks. Then I tried to get more help as it wasn’t working and didn’t get it. The whole process was frustrating.

Lost my samples twice and I never received results. Complete scam

Test arrives promptly each time and on the last occasion my results were received the next day after sending. The process is very slick and the UI is great for comparing results and viewing trends. Highly recommended!

I find the result tracking really useful and it picked up a couple of deficiencies for me which I'm now taking supplements for so I feel it has been worth the money overall.
