Great swivel chair at a good price & quick delivery

Bar stools are perfect with my new kitchen First delivery one arrived damaged. Customer service was excellent. Responded to my email the same day with either a partial refund or a replacement The replacement was dispatched the same day

I received my order of 3 bar stools within a couple days of ordering. Delighted with the quality etc, unfortunately, one of the seats had a little bit of damage to the backrest. I immediately took a photo and emailed it to Barstools. They replied very quickly, dealt with the matter at once and sent me a replacement bar stools which arrived within a day or two. I cannot praise Barstools highly enough for the way they dealt with the problem, delighted now with 3 barstools in perfect condition, and which look great, plus excellent value for money.

product is very nice quality, easy to put together, looks great in our kitchen. however the courier you nominated, dpd, appeared to have outsourced to some local outfit (apc?) who failed to deliver on the day, no communication, no-one answering their phone, we stayed in for hours waiting needlessly.
