The customer service from Barstools. co. uk has been brilliant. We ordered two stools but unfortunately the colour wasn't right for our kitchen. Our email was responded to the same day concerning a return. The stools were exchanged within days (would have been next day if we hadn't been away). There was a minor issue when the new stools arrived and again, this was resolved by the following day. The stools are nice quality and we would definitely use Barstools. co. uk again.
