I accidentally stumbled on a shop selling your products in moscow way back before the pandemic. And i fell in love — i was looking for a planner that would feel good, and also kept me organized. I cannot work with digital calendars or regular notebooks — my brain seems to get lost in that! And bando planner is so comforting, beautiful, “juicy”, i love it!

I am a huge ban.do fan! I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years now. I order often and tell people about the site. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because ban.do is missing some of its original charm. We need more bedazzled hearts in addition to the new, fun items. Also, the goody bags need an overhaul. I am a sucker and will continue to purchase them, but they used to be more fun and mixed. Now, they seem like a bunch of unsellable items. I love the Rewards program and in general, I love ban.do. I just miss some of the simplicity and push for girl power & the "girl gang" mission.

The only reason I'm leaving 4 out of 5 is the packing. One pair had both backs bent because they arrived in a mailing envelope. Thankfully, they were durable and strong enough to be bent back (mostly) into shape.

bando always has the cutest items for whatever you're looking for! i love how colorful and cute everything is and the quality is always amazing.

The heart dress was returned because the removable collar did not align with the neckline. The dress was also very heavy and would be uncomfortable to wear. The hemline was much longer than expected. I do think the pink lining in the delivery boxes is a fun touch. The sticker books are creative and unique. I have all the books.

i LOVE bando. Customer service is choice, website is easy to navigate and the selection of items is always delightful with new items frequently… bando i wish i knew how to quit you. My complaints are few: the website constantly logs me out while i’m shopping, so every 10 minutes or so i have to log back in and when i do so, it wipes all the items in my shopping cart so i have to start over. It happens consistently across multiple devices so i don’t think it’s a cookies issue. i love the site but it’s the one thing that makes shopping on bando a hassle. otherwise, no notes.

great quality products that work for any occasion and outfit! cute and practical!!!!

1. The pages for notes: it is better to have them with white background instead of the alternate coloured boxes. Make it hard to write on these pages. 2. The design and colours for the pages before the monthly calendars: Too much designs and colours. Leave them as simple and plain as possible. Perhaps a motivational or inspirational code/words on these pages and let the user of the planners fill in other motivational messages that mean a lot to them. 3.Have some calligraphy writing for the months on each page. That will make the lettering more interesting
