I love all my ban.do products, and I find that the quality they put out just keeps improving, which is not always the case with companies like this. Love a brand that I can stand behind!

Came for the gold Depression necklace, left with that AND a LePen set with blue, purple & pink. Sadly, my necklace fell off and minutes after I put it on from the package, it disappeared. (Insert several crying emojis.) It's on backorder now, but hopefully restocked soon!

Although I received my order later than expected, your customer service person was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to any question I had! The jacket I ordered arrived in mint condition and I received some cute paper tape as a free gift!!! I love my jacket and my tape :) Overall, 10/10 would very much recommend you guys.
