2 stars because I feel as though if I hadn't followed up, I wouldn't have been issued my refund.

Said my item would ship before Christmas, and then without any notification never shipped the bralette. When I sent an inquiry-- I was informed that the item was not in stock. Terrible experience all around. Will not be shopping with Bandier again.

I reached out about my package being stolen and customer service did a fantastic job supporting the issue. I was offered a store credit so I could rebuy the items and was even given the sale price even though the items were no longer on sale.

I emailed your customer service no answer. Then I used your chat service via website to talk to an agent, no one came. Then I called your customer service number and all prompts led to emailing someone. I will never buy anything from Bandier because if I run into a problem I will never be able to contact anyone.

Third time I’ve ordered the same shoes. First time, they just never sent them and when I finally emailed said they were actually out of stock and refunded me. Second time, they never sent them and when I finally emailed they cited a shipping mistake and finally mailed me the WRONG SIZE. This time, they once again just were going to steal my money until I followed up and they said actually the shoes were never in stock and it was a website mistake. Literally what is going on at this place

Terrible. The website is not allow me to get a barcode to ship the shoes back. And you guys do not return emails horrible service
