I placed an order Jan 1st and received a notification from Bandier that the order was confirmed. After no updates, I reached out after 2 weeks for an update. The response I received was the item was out of stock and I was getting a refund (which is great, but the item was in stock when I ordered!). This was very disappointing and not great customer service.

Horrible experience. I’m questioning if this site is a fraud. I purchased a pair of sneakers that were no longer available and never refunded until I reached out. If you had an order for an unavailable item, you should have reached out/refunded the purchaser ASAP.

Usually when I receive larger boxes they're very damaged and scuffed but this box was actually in great condition. Even the shoe box was in great condition.

Wow what terrible customer service. My first time ordering from Bandier. I am extremely disappointed. The item I ordered was final sale and I clearly understood that however the item was described deceptively. It did not say that it was ribbed in the tittle description when that is an important way of labeling the leggings. Secondly where it does say ribbed, it says the waistband was ribbed my entire legging was ribbed not just the waistband. Thirdly I got such a generic response from the returns team as if I'm not an important customer. My friends shop from bandier all the time and I'm shocked to have this experience because they spoke very highly of this company. Unfortunately I do not have the same experience. What an unfortunate way for bandier to handle this situation.
