I have purchased 5 Ottos, I love them!! It would be better customer service and customer appreciation if Banana Bros. would sell replacement parts!!! It sucks to not need to purchase a new Otto but must just to get a part replaced. I'm seriously considering making my own parts with a 3D printer.

Overpriced but good overall. I wish my 'deluxe ' grinder (with cone extention) also included the simple cup end for when I just want to roll up myself. A case included keep all this gear together would also be nice (considering the cost)
