Tried to reach out to company twice in search of help with the tool. And nobody’s bothered to email me back! I think the tool works fine but I need help with it because it’s clicking upon opening and I’m afraid that the hinges are fairly cheap And I don’t want them to break, but I can’t get any help from them on any clarification to fix the problem , At all after two emails!

My OTTO doesn't hold a charge (2 spins and needs recharging) and I don't need 300 cones a month. Very unhappy!!!
