I am in love with this piece. It is definitely an oversized fit, but not in an ill fitted way. Size down if you're unsure. Size down 2x if you want something more fitted.

I lovveee the Mini Draft Notebooks but ever year they get smaller and smaller. Hopefully they don’t one day disappear!

The wellness notebook I purchased is full of cute art and helpful wellness prompts to help me stay organized with my personal goals. I love that there is a section for food and water consumption, as well as physical and mental health. However, I do wish there were more sheets for each section so it can last longer and some gel pens work better than others. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
