There has been no acknowledgment of my email concerning items l wish to return. I have no idea if someone has or will read the email and get back to me. Bamboo Island do not make it simple and easy to return items even with a returns policy.

I bought this nightie to keep in my caravan for when we travel. It is so soft and comfortable, it’s like a second skin. I run hot when I sleep in any weather (thanks menopause 🙄) I’m happy to say I am cool and comfortable all night long. The shipping was fast and the communication from this business was excellent.
