My granddaughters and I had a wonderful afternoon assembling the houses. The girls loved the royal icing accessories and took great care with their creations.

As I have already indicated TWICE, I paid extra to get these cookies on time. They were not on time. They were not used. I have not been contacted. I have not been refunded. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY.

Bought 4 gingerbread houses and 2 arrived broken. Sent 2 emails to customer service with pictures , 2 FB dms, & an instagram dm. Feeling very sad. Lots of money spent. No help or resolution. Its been almost a week and I do not feel like a valued customer.

They reached out multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Some gingerbread kits were delivered with broken cookies and decorations and they sent replacements super fast. Thanks!

I give two stars. The products are visual amazing unfortunately BOTH the kits I ordered didn't come with the edible glitter. I gave customer service the order# via email and never heard back .

Arrived quickly but the gingerbread pieces were bent upon receipt.

Loved the kits I got for my kiddos and they actually tasted really good which is rare for a gingerbread kit. My oldest was just a bit disappointed that some of the pieces were broken when he opened it up to build. Thankfully he’s old enough to understand and just made due by “gluing” them together himself.

After 10 calls I finally gave up

The gingerbread house was broken and in pieces. Unusable. The little sugar pieces were cute. Not enough icing anyway had it worked out. Seriously saddened 3 year old!

I received a text checking in on how I liked the product, but it arrived broken.

After 50 years of making gingerbread houses finally I am able to make one with my grandchildren that we are all proud of. The frame is magnificent. The decorative pieces are adorable.

IT WAS GREAT. KIT ARRIVED NON DAMAGED SO AS TO BE ABLE TO PUT TOGETHER AND NOT LIKE OTHER KITS THAT ARE ALSO SENT BY POSTAL MAIL

Received our packages fast but at least one of the gingerbread men are broken upon arrival. I guess that’s expected during packing & shipment. (See broken foot)

Just disappointed

Broken beyond repair, cute in theory but in reality a wasted $20 plus two crying children.

Unfortunately I did not open my box until the day I needed it and realized even tho there are 8 cookies, there was only enough accessories for 6! Why?!?! Also I was hoping it was all separated out to make 8 cookies. I bought it for a party and had to divide it all up myself and like I said, just not enough decorations to make all 8 look good.
