Pieces of the gingerbread house were broken. Not for delivery because there were no broken pieces in the box. Parts of it were also burnt. I ordered a gingerbread bread house from you last year and I loved it that's why I ordered it again this year.

Ordered a few days before Christmas and I did pay extra to make sure it arrived in time. Arrived in perfect condition!

One of our gingerbread houses arrived broken. The house itself ands few of the decor pieces. Had it not been for that I would’ve given 5 stars.

The product that we received was absolutely magical, just like the online image, adding to the splendor of Christmas!!! However, multiple pieces that we received were broken, resulting in much frustration during assembly. In spite of this mishap, I will order from Bakery Bling again next year in hopes that our kit will arrive in tact for the positives did outweigh the negatives.

My first house arrived with broken gingerbread. The company quickly sent a replacement that still arrived before Christmas. This is the easiest house to put together. The icing is strong and dries fast so house secures easily. Such cute accessories and sprinkles too!

We ordered 6 kits. The pros: they were adorable designs! I called once to ask a question about ordering and someone very friendly picked up the phone right away and was patient and helpful! The cons: The icing bags had mixed quality, some worked great but some were so hard and lumpy that even massaging them per the instructions never made them the right consistency. Also one kit came without any icing.

I Sent an email.. my daughter was starting to build on Christmas Eve after I expedited shipping and it was all broken. I sent an email on Xmas I’m hoping to hear back with a resolution

Bought these for the first time last year. My now four year old reminded me a week and half before Christmas that he wanted the houses from last year. They had them in stock and shipped quickly! We had a blast putting them together. They make it so easy now with the plastic house! Only downside was there were a few pieces missing in one of the kits.

Love your products but the cookies in the kit arrived broken

My kids and I love how these are so different than most gingerbread houses. There were several broken pieces when we opened the box. If they weren't broken, I would have given 5 stars.

Response to glue broken pieces was not satisfactory. I have bought several cookie kits throughout the years. Sadly, our relationship has now come to an end. That response just didn’t sit right with me.

Thanks for another fun cookie experience! A few cookies did arrive broken - the snowman mainly. Fortunately, I had ordered some extra.

We purchased two cookie houses and they both had two dark pink, no white sprinkles! We didn’t have any white sprinkles for the snow and it says it comes with it.

While I love the product and the idea, the customer service is awful. I had reached out 3 times via email asking if we could place a bulk order. I never received a reply. I had to make a call to receive a response. The orders actually went great. We then decided to do a last minute holiday party and placed more orders, paying for expedited shipping so that the orders would be received on time. Half of the orders were not on time, and this wasn’t about the shipping service but about the company not getting the products out on time. I understand it is the holiday season, but if it is an issue, the dates given based on shipping should have been updated so I would have known to order or not to order. One of the items was shipped to the incorrect address. I understand that accidents happen, but the reply about how only 1 of 30 was messed up was blatantly rude. I was promised tracking on that item but never received anything (and again contacted customer support with no reply). Our company had planned on using Bakery Bling for other virtual events but will no longer do so.
