I’ve been wearing Bailey hats for over five years and I really love them. The biggest issue that I have is that trying to find them in stock for size and variety of colors is challenging. The second issue I’ve had is that when I return a hat I have to resort to writing a poor review in order to get a refund.

I have to give a three only because the return process is not working in a timely manner. We returned an item in late December and now over a month later I still don’t have my money. I’m sure it will get resolved however I don’t like having to make a phone call or send a follow up email to make it happen.
