Bailey Hats did great with this transition. I will say however that I wish I would’ve known it was being shipped by FedEx. After much hassle with FedEx customer service I found out that I had to contact the vendor to manage delivery. I then contacted Bailey’s customer service department. The person I spoke with was very helpful and was able to get FedEx to deliver my package without a signature. I would like to have seen that option when I made the purchase. Other than that I was very pleased.
