Bailey Hats did great with this transition. I will say however that I wish I would’ve known it was being shipped by FedEx. After much hassle with FedEx customer service I found out that I had to contact the vendor to manage delivery. I then contacted Bailey’s customer service department. The person I spoke with was very helpful and was able to get FedEx to deliver my package without a signature. I would like to have seen that option when I made the purchase. Other than that I was very pleased.

I couldn't get my discount code to work so I emailed the company. I received a quick response and all was made right!

Purchase was easy and shipping was quick and packed well.

The hat was carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box. Both the shipping and delivery were prompt, which allowed me to wait for my hat without any concerns. Needless to say, the quality of the hat that arrived was excellent. I would definitely shop here again if I have the opportunity!

One product was maintained better than the other. I believe it was how they were packaged together.

The pictures don't accurately show the color. As demonstrated in my review, the second and third photos are closer to the advertisement, and the first is closer to the actual color.
