Packaging was very protective. Timeliness - I'm ALWAYS Jonesing for the product until it arrives. . . This time was no different. But it got to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Good customer service when I had problems

I have to give a three only because the return process is not working in a timely manner. We returned an item in late December and now over a month later I still don’t have my money. I’m sure it will get resolved however I don’t like having to make a phone call or send a follow up email to make it happen.

A nice hat marred by plastic to attach the band. It's too expensive to return so I'm trying to sell it on FB. The CS rep I emailed didn't know the stock. I enquired about the Winter fedora to see if it had the same cheesy plastic band attachment. He said he'd find out & never followed up. I won't buy another hat without return built into the price.
