When I initially placed my order, I received a shipment update that my order had shipped. A few days later, I received another update that what I ordered was out of stock and there was only 20 of the color that I wanted left and if I would like to add the remainder in a different color. At first I agreed to accept another color for the remainder of the amount order. Then, I changed my mind and cancelled the order. A couple more days passed and I received another update that’ll my order had shipped with the full amount of the other color, which was not what I wanted. I asked to return them for a refund and was told that you don’t refund shipping. If it returned them and had to pay $75. 00 which is ridiculous. If you had read my text you would not have sent the wrong thing to begin with. I even called and was told to leave a message, but no one reached out.
