I ordered 2 sweatshirts. Only received 1. The one I received split down the seam of the sleeve after id worn it ywice

The service was fine but the bags were low quality.

Not the best quality bags. I've spent time resewing bags and some have flaws I can't fix. I'm not even half way through my order of 100 bags and at least 6 have needed repair or are unusable for retail.
