I ordered three bags from the site and when they arrived I was so disappointed with the quality of the fabric, it looks as feels poor quality. All will be returned and there is no returns policy, I have to organise myself

I think shipping took about a week or two so order at least two weeks before you need them. Everything was a lot smaller than I thought but still cute and fine. I wish the toiletries bag fit more. I am going to order a few more items, now I know what to expect.
