We took our two new backdrops (featured on either side of the blue display in the attached picture) to their first-ever trade show just this week. They are vibrant, they were extremely quick to assemble when compared to other options, and their podiums are much studier when assembled than expected. The turnaround time from design to delivery was very prompt and the contents arrived in good condition.

The strap on the trunk is made from cheap plastic and broke after one use. Since a 'lifetime' warranty is advertised on the website, I figured it wouldn't be a problem to replace the strap or trunk. Well, apparently the warranty only covers damages or defects discovered within a week of purchase. Not sure how they can call that a lifetime warranty. Very disappointed after spending 1400 for exactly one use. I will be elsewhere for my tradeshow display needs as there are MUCH cheaper options from overseas suppliers.
