We were a bit apprehensive about ordering a pricey product online that we desperately needed without guarantee of product in hand, and about the time we would receive our product. In other words, was this a fake online company that would take our money and run? However, from the minute we ordered to the time we received our order, we knew that we went with the right company. We were put at ease when staff from Display Overstock contacted us to communicate that they had received our order request and what was needed on our end in terms of artwork adjustments, etc. They were extremely professional in how they handled the entire process. They were patient after sending us our proofs in helping us to get things aligned just right, and our product arrived earlier than we expected. Once we opened our packages, we found that the materials/fabric that made up our table cloth and booth backdrop were very high quality…weighty, sturdy and didn’t wrinkle. It was also lightweight in transporting. And the backdrop was incredibly easy to set up and take down, as this is coming from a novice in the trade show world. Having photos of other individuals who purchased product from Display Overstock on their website also helped with our decision to purchase their products. My only critique is that the wheel assembly piece for the booth backdrop wasn’t as sturdy (we didn’t purchase the hard case, so this was the standard carrying case), so be careful when traveling. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality product. In fact, we’re already designing our next booth backdrop to order from them again! The backdrop, shelving and table are great quality and easy to assemble. The buying process was easy including the graphic designing service. I recommend this company and will buy products from them again in the future.

The backdrop cover that was reprinted is way too big (about 6 inches) for the frame.

Great experience

The DisplayOverstock team is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The Lightbox arrived before its expected date in a secure and sturdy case. Our artwork was printed beautifully on the fabric banner. The one recommendation I have is to add the "light panel area" that is sent during the proofing process to the actual backdrop graphic template. This would help the designers to consider the layout of the artwork while still in the designing process and will avoid the need for revisions. Other than that we are excited to order more fabric displays for our Firefly LightBox Display!

While this particular project was challenging due to weather and Fedex being an absolute joke of an organization (they lied to us on multiple occasions about my delivery), both Katrina and Dylan really went out of their way to help us, and did so with the urgency we needed. I cannot say enough positive things about what they did for us. When it became clear that Fedex had lied to us throughout the process and left us little choice, Dylan and Katrina had a quick-order replacement trade show backdrop for us, had it make in one day, and then shipped quickly to our trade show. This saved the day. By comparison, Fedex is a joke now. Their customer service reps follow a script, even if it is false. Shame on them. Thanks goodness the fine folks at D. O. overcame that for us.

Overall my recent orders from display Overstock have been purchased, designed, and submitted with ease. I've received all of the ordered materials except for one. There seemed to be a mix-up with shipping and tracking numbers and while we received 99% of my ordered packages one key part was missing. Dylan Pickering has gone above and beyond to make the order whole, and at a critical time for our business, just as tradeshow season is already underway. We've already received positive feedback from customers and our onsite team using the new QuickZip Max 8' exhibit kit and the included TV stand, which is making our set-up and breakdown much easier than before with separate items. I can't thank Dylan enough for making our orders complete - there was a lot and between Dylan and Brenna in artwork, the service I received was top-notch.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Display deserved one. From start to finish these people (real people who answer phone calls and write personalized emails) were exceptionally prompt, polite and professional. They answered every initial question we had by picking up the phone, they sent follow-up emails and provided assistance throughout the entire design process. Our banner arrived in less than 10 days after art was approved. The design itself (frame/carrier/banner fabric etc) was well thought out and as a result-easy to assemble. The price was affordable. In short, I would have a difficult time understanding why anyone would choose not to do business with this company.

The product and print looks great , but , The elastic on the top was so tight it started to rip when putting together, the bottom elastic was fine. Maybe when the skirt was made it was sewn too tight. Other than that very nice product , great printing and very punctual on meeting the delivery date, thank you
