Completely appreciate the level of service Jessi has brought. My backdrop arrived last week and I love it! Stunning! She made sure her team sent the correct colour after I had a chat to her over the phone. In addition, for her to take the time out of her day for a phone call during a busy season says a lot. . . so I really appreciate it. Great backdrop - thick and sturdy. Only reduced a star because the delivery experience was so stressful. It took 17 days to get to me in Sydney due to a combination of the shipping label address being entered incorrectly, and the Aramex tracking system making incorrect entries.
