Great. I under estimated my size 6 so had to return and request a larger size. It cost me £4. 25 48hr tracked at the post office to return the shoes plus 2 pairs of inners. No hassles, they were replaced I requested my new size 7 and l received them the following week.

Bought as Christmas gift so they haven’t been tried. They look great

Love my backdoorshoes. Very comfortable and lightweight. Have an allotment so ideal for working there and the fact that insole is washable is a real bonus.

Really excellent, attentive service. Sent back ankle boots twice to get right size as did not want the inner sock. Boots now are step in - two sizes smaller than my usual size.

I loved my previous pair which were so easy to slip on and off for quick trips outside and very comfortable to wear but after many outings needed replacing. I was glad to see that other patterns in my size were available, this time as I I ordered two pairs and was really pleased that even by 2nd class delivery I received them in a couple of days. Impressive!

I can’t really give you review as the shoes I ordered were a present for my daughter sent to her address I. London. I know she loves them but they are a bit small so needs a 7 not a 6 and is having trouble finding the paperwork and time to swap them.
