Just bought a 3rd pair for my 93 year old Mum, she loves them for wearing around the house and popping into the garden.

I love my Flipflops but, can’t believe they have a shrink warning if they get too hot . You were very kind to replace them and I appreciate it, but if you wear them to the beach in the kind of heat we have had so far this summer, I believe you need to rethink the recipe. Many thanks Lucinda Gloyn.

Customer service and delivery excellent. A little disappointing that quality control did not spot faults in the sole on the first pair. Very pleased with the shoes I now have though - and no quibble about replacement.

I am very happy with my new backdoor clogs. After a little glitch with sizing which was dealt with efficiently I am good to go. My tip is if you are unsure of the size for you, order the bigger pair.

On the basis that you only really get an idea about a company’s customer service when things go wrong… I ordered two pairs of shoes, both in a 6, but the order arrived with one size 5 and one 6. My email was dealt with promptly and efficiently and a replacement pair arrived within a couple of days 👍
