Great clogs. Waterproof and very comfy.

Fantastic service and prompt delivery . I have used Backdoorshors for several years. They are great quality and so comfortable. Many thanks

Prompt delivery. Wonderful boots

Timely delivery. Shoes great.

Excellent service when I couldn't find the size of the pattern of BackDoor anywhere. I quick call to your help centre and I was able to order what I wanted with another pair of her favorite pattern. The order was delivered speedily. Very satisfied with the transaction.

Excellent product and service as always

Great product, great price and excellent service.

The shoes that arrived were a little too big. I returned them and a smaller size soon arrived. They fit and my wife is very happy with her backdoor shoes. So all is good

User friendly website. Swift delivery of product which arrived well packaged. Pleased with quality of item. My only request would be that I would like to have had more choice in terms of the number of designs available.

I love my shoes this is my third pair & Ive gifted all my family Backdoor shoes & they all love them too.

I have had about 4 or 5 pairs of Backdoor shoes over many years and now friends and family are asking for them as a present for themselves. They are extremely well made, comfortable and so easy to slip on and off to pop outside in. I only buy a new pair as I want another design or colour for a change! I also use the older pairs to do easy gardening tasks in, as they remain robust and waterproof if I spill any water on them. I absolutely love these outdoor shoes and highly recommend them.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes chosen by back door shoes and they were a nice pattern, this is my first time ordering and delivery was very quick (days) I wonder though do your shoes come up small as my size 5 only just fit

Astonishingly quick response, delivered within 48hours! Previous shoes wore out after 10 years of daily use, amazingly comfortable too. Thank you.

Two pairs for a very good price% good quality and quick delivery

Great in every way! Loved the flip flops and was delighted to find the clogs were the design I had been looking for (already have them in pink)

Still waiting for payment for returned shoes - due to their poor quality. (1st photo) The ones I bought at full price last month are superb. (meadow - 2nd photo)

Excellent, the lady I spoke with was great and even though the issue was probably mine for not reading the info pack, she sent me a new pair free of charge! Not often you get that sort of aftercare service in today’s climate!!!!

I had an issue with my shoes but the shoes were exchanged without any questions. It did take a few days but that is probably as much parcel post as admin.
