Great customer service! Dogs love the products

I'm on the subscription plan for all three products. The shipping always shows up on time. I like knowing that I am supporting a good quality product and business. I've been watching Jack and Cowboy for awhile now, I need some tips with my Australian Cattle dog. Never disappoints.

I love this company. The service is hands down the best service I have received for any product I’ve ordered online. I had questions about the measurements and they were so helpful and responded fast. Their shipping is also fast. There was one shipment that damaged one of the containers and I reached out to them and they sent me a replacement very quickly and were so nice about it. I have already recommended this company to many of my family and friends and use their stickers to promote the brand. Thanks Jack and Cowboy, you guys are so awesome for making such a great brand of quality products that comes along with great customer service!
