Shipped shortly after purchase , held up by Courier took a little while longer to arrive.Smart looking toaster ,Love the wide slots for a little extra thick bread or muffins. With a little experimentation I got it my preferred colour toast I like the black colour in the toaster .. no visible fingerprints or constant cleaning So far very happy
