Excellent service and product!

Little bit expensive (£160 with 10% off) but the pattern is gorgeous. The mesh material is much cooler compared to the cotton one I borrowed from a sling library. Super easy to use, can get a great fit for baby and it’s comfortable for me. Can’t fault it really, so worth the money imo.

I'm forced to write this negative review, because I don't get any attention from their support wjile I'm trying to make a return. Today, on 22 July, I've been waiting for a reply from their support since 15th of July. And I sent my first message on 10 July, so it's been almost two weeks now that I'm trying to make a return, but have not received a return label nor any instructions how to return the product. And yes, I understand they only reply during business hours and take up to 2 business days to reply, but not once in this 12 days have they replied to me within 2 business days. Tula, please contact me and I'll be happy to delete this review once I get my product returned.

I wish there was a more affordable option - But this is a fantastic carrier for toddler meltdowns and toddlers that love to be close. I did 2 huge hikes with my child on my back and no marks on shoulders, my lower back was well supported and she was super comfortable. She had room for her snacks, water bottle and a toy. Absolutely the best option! Love it!

I love my new Tula! My baby is almost 7 months and it's very comfortable to wear him in this carrier! The fabric feels soft and great quality, very nicely done. The delivery was very fast and I got updates along the way. I am so happy with my choice and baby and I are already enjoying it.

This carrier is so great, my little one LOVES it! He falls asleep so fast in it, and it’s so easy to put on and take off! I feel so much more secure using this than a wrap carrier, and the size inclusivity is awesome!
