Recently bought a used Tula and didn’t think to check how old it was - turns out it’s pretty old and the buckle broke likely from fatigue after using it regularly for a month. I was so relieved to see that Tula offers a replacement buckle. It fit perfectly and now my carrier continues to live on! Feels great to extend the life of gear and keep it out of the landfill.

It is incredibly comfortable for both of us; the weight distribution is perfect. My baby falls asleep every time we go for a walk. I highly recommend it!

Matetial of the carrier and stitching is great, no flaws, however the product itself is a bit difficult to understand as there are no written instructions as to when to change the width of the carrier, what is the purpose of all the buttons of the carrier etc. so you are left to figure that out yourself as the videos and instructions book Tula has are "How to change" but not which button / setup is for which age of the baby or size of the baby. My ftiend also has Tula and she agreed that more info is missing. Other than that no flaws, even the packaging of the carrier is great and cute.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Non existent customer service. Unable to reach anyone by phone, just a we're too busy to answer your call recorded message, then the call terminated. 5 days to answer an email. Shipping numbers that were incorrect, signed for parcels left on the doorstep, with a made up signature on the delivery form. Absolutely appalling.

The back support is fantastic. I upgraded to this carrier for my second carrier. Baby is comfy and I love wearing it.

This is a great packable structured carrier. I have SO many carriers but as my baby gets bigger the wrap style and ring slings that tend to be more packable aren’t giving us the support I need. I got this because I’ll be traveling solo with her in a couple of weeks but I’m already using it a lot around town etc. it’s also very comfortable and she falls asleep and stays asleep in it which is another bonus!

Shipped quickly! Wanted a different print, but it was not on sale yet. When I brought it up to their CS department, they fixed the issue. I stayed with my original print, but the speed in their response has me considering buying more in the future!

I want to love this item but it’s really thick and I don’t like that the straps go right underneath my armpits. I do like the adjustability in size for her legs, and she seems to like it.

Love this ring sling. I have two but this is a gift for a friend. The fabric is truly even more beautiful in person.
