Baby Mart was very responsive and got back to me promptly. The only thing which was bummer is the item took really long to be shipped and sent to me. Although when I bought the item it said Standard shipping was 2-3 days which in the end took 3 weeks for the item to arrive. Perhaps it’s because I purchased a pram bundle? I’m not sure. I will use Baby’s Mart if I really need to in the future but will know next time there could be a long delay.

Dispatched earlier than expected. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 and the reason I won't use them again is due to the delivery experience. Dpd did not deliver the parcel even though I was home and after refusing to return I had to go and pick it up. So I felt that paying 5 pounds for delivery and having to pick it up was not good enough.

The service is amazing , I received the next day my item. I am not happy with the buggy and i wish i did see it before using it, all that brand and not adding a kind of zip pocket to put the milk while you are out , i mean why would i always take the milk out of my bag or the water, the old buggy had it and it was so useful… I regretted buying this item …
