I ordered a new Axkid Minikid to replace one that had been stolen. Navigating the website was easy, as was ordering. I've given it 4 out of 5 stars due to the fact that the shipping date was suggested to be 7-10 working days, however it was a month before I received the car seat. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry to receive it. Customer Service when I got in touch were helpful, but it would have been nice to have known from the beginning that there might be a delay, or in fact received information that there was a delay. Eventually the seat was delivered via Express Delivery, so that was a nice touch.
