I did a ton of research trying to find a prenatal that fit all my requirements, specifically I was looking for one that had DHA, Iron, and Folate because for some crazy reason some prenatal just have one of those but not all of them. This one had all that and more, and I truly appreciate the transparency with the ingredients. My bff in med school approves:) Will be ordering more in the future!

I’ve only been taking these
I’ve only been taking these for four days. So far so good. No weird after taste, easy to swallow, and can take on any day in your cycle even on your period. I didn’t believe the reviews that said loss of appetite. I am here to confirm that it will happen, and for me it started on day four. Nothing to worry about, but I do notice my brain doesn’t crave sugar anymore, and I notice I do have more energy. My skin also looks better due to the biotin and collagen. The hormone balancing, biotin, and collagen are all helping my rosacea which was a huge selling point for me. Hope this review helps!
