I am one of the customers that bought this product for the benefits others who haven't had a baby expressed the experienced. I am on my first month and plan to continue with these vitamins for a minimum of three months to see if they will work for me. So far, I have experienced nail growth at a rapid pace; which isn't unusual for me with hair vitamins. I have also seen some hair growth, but not sure yet how effective these vitamins will be with my ultimate goal to grow my hair out. Time will tell.
