It's recommended not to take it while nursing, so my balding husband decided to give it a go. He's noticed his hair is thicker and he is also getting a bit of growth back on the top of his head.

It took 2 bottles to start seeing the results, but about midway thru the second bottle my nails and hair started to really grow!

Love this product, made a big difference for me!

Taste decent and easy to swallow

About 2 years after having both of my sons my fair started breaking bad to where it seemed like I had layers in my hair that wasn't the case. This product is helping my hair grow out faster and it feels different. I wouldn't definitely recommend.

Just started using this product a couple of months ago. Only been taking it occasionally but I’ve definitely noticed my hair growing it a lot stronger and healthier than before! It was so damaged and broken from over styling so it feels good having healthier hair at my roots! Looking forward to seeing more results soon. 🙂👍
