It's recommended not to take it while nursing, so my balding husband decided to give it a go. He's noticed his hair is thicker and he is also getting a bit of growth back on the top of his head.

It took 2 bottles to start seeing the results, but about midway thru the second bottle my nails and hair started to really grow!

Taste decent and easy to swallow

About 2 years after having both of my sons my fair started breaking bad to where it seemed like I had layers in my hair that wasn't the case. This product is helping my hair grow out faster and it feels different. I wouldn't definitely recommend.

Just started using this product a couple of months ago. Only been taking it occasionally but I’ve definitely noticed my hair growing it a lot stronger and healthier than before!
