So Far So Good...
I am one of the customers that bought this product for the benefits others who haven't had a baby expressed the experienced. I am on my first month and plan to continue with these vitamins for a minimum of three months to see if they will work for me. So far, I have experienced nail growth at a rapid pace; which isn't unusual for me with hair vitamins. I have also seen some hair growth, but not sure yet how effective these vitamins will be with my ultimate goal to grow my hair out. Time will tell.

While taking this vitamin my hair felt super smooth. My showers stopped making me feel like I had a hair loss problem - I went from grabbing chunks of my hair out while washing to hardly any at all! I didn’t notice it getting longer but I’m buying another bottle to see if growth happens in round two!
