Fast and efficient service!

using the uber to deliver same day was a disaster. the driver got lost twice after having very detailed addresses. the item was sent back to the store. my husband had to fetch it, very inconvenient. I was very sad that i could not give my grandson his gift on his 6month birthday:( i will not use your same day delivery again, won't recommend it either.

They canceled my order and then it wasn't canceled etc. very complicated and i waited long, finally on the way to me the courier guy didn't come that same day I was waiting the whole day and when it finally arrived the order was so disappointing
