The food is always fantastic. They are super filling and easy to make. It's nice to have the ability for variety in my meal prepping.

Bryan is always very friendly and helpful. He makes the best shakes! He even made my wife a seasonal shake flavor when it was technically out of season. My wife and I love coming here for the great selection of healthy items and the wonderful staff!

Jackie was very helpful! I went in to pick up meals ordered online and decided to grab a few others when I was in there. Since I live out of town and would be traveling with them, Jackie ensured I had frozen ones. I haven’t had a meal from there I haven’t enjoyed. Quick and easy! Will definitely be back next time I’m in town and anxiously awaiting for when they ship.

I wanted a healthy meal and was pressed on time so I stopped in 95 nutrition for the first time. Ian was kind enough to assist me in picking out assorted meals and even warmed one up for me bc I wasn’t going to home for awhile. Great customer service!

I have been using N95 for over a year or more. Usually I just walk in grab food out of the case, pay, and leave. I have only once gone on the N95 website. Today, I was fortunate to have Hannah working my location. I began my usual approach to N95 as described above and it all changed when Hannah asked if I understood the organization of the food. I did not. She came around the register and laid out the logic of the meals in the first case and showed me where newly created meals would be stacked. Then she explained the second case. Moving on she explained when the best discounts could be had, Friday’s , and they she explained the selections of Protein powders. Ha! I checked out, then bought more meals, then bought the new strawberry dessert, then she gave me a sample of the protein powder to try and I will be back for tub of that. What great customer service! She is a keeper . The thing was she had tried all the foods and proteins we discussed and could talk intelligently about it. I now understand how your operation works and how and where I can benefit. I was headed to another store for protein powder but now I will be doing all my shopping with N95. Thanks Hannah.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah at the transit road location. She was enthusiastic about the food and took the time to make some suggestions. When are you bringing the black and blue burger???? So disappointed you no longer offer it.

I usually go to the Cheektowaga location but passed by when running errands and out that way for the night so it saved me a trip. I suspect each location is pretty much the same and I appreciate they're spread out. I was really looking for something sweet and had just left the grocery store with something I was really unhappy about and didn't fit my nutrition plan so it was awesome to pick up something that I felt a bit better about indulging in. As always, love the products of 95 Nutrition and they have been helpful in my ~75 lb (so far) weightloss since this spring.

This place is great! Such a variety of flavored mixes of foods. Meals are so affordable, and they are labeled so that it's easy to find the appropriate portion (male v female). Juliet was helpful in explaining special discount nights and additional promos. I'll come back for more!

Justin H greeted me upon entering the store, he was very friendly and helpful. He explained the meals, including where they are made and nutrition, and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to trying my purchases and shopping there again.

These meals are both easy and delicious. I have zero time during the day, so throwing the meals in the microwave for 3 minutes and eating as I can is perfect. Without these meals, there is no doubt I wouldn’t stay as healthy. The in store staff is always awesome, too.
