I was introduce to 95 nutrition a few months ago. Since then I highly recommend it to other people! The food is high in protein and enjoyable and good customer service makes it a more wholesome experience. A girl named Jenn who works at the Hamburg location is always welcoming and is willing to help me when I have questions. She goes above and beyond to ensure a customer has a good experience.

The meals are great and well portioned and delicious obviously. My only issue is the way the meals are packaged. One is always spilled and broken. Not the first time.

I have been a customer with 95 Nutrition for probably about 7 or 8 years now and omg am I obsessed!! There is never a dish that I don’t like. Their customer service is always top tier and never short of that!! They just released their summer 2025 menu and OMG!! When I say I’m OBSESSED with the Beef Barbacoa, I am not lying! I can legit eat this meal everyday for the rest of my life!! I am just the highest fan and supporter or 95 Nutrition and I will be till I die!!

I love the customer service from Cressana at the Henrietta Store, she is very informative on what and when a new menu is coming out. I am excited about the new menu on the 20th of this month

Let's talk about taste, timing and customer service. There is nothing bad to be said. The food is delicious whether breakfast, lunch or dessert. I have never found a tastier meal-prep. Looking forward to being a 95 Nutrition customer for years to come!

I am new to the area, I seriously love every single meal. Kayla and julia were in the west Seneca location. Kayla was able to share some background about 95 nutrition. She was very informative about meal portions, deal days, and what meals are the best. I tried the buffalo wing pasta, citrus bbq, Rasta pasta, and apple turkey sage meatballs. Every meal felt like a home cooked well planned out meal that was both delicious and convenient.
