4 stars only because it doesn’t come with the Cellular Dongle 2 and that the backpack it suggested as a bundle does not fit the Matrice 4T, so wasted 100$ there. But delivery time was ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations.

Order was canceled by seller?!? I got a confirmation that my order had shipped 1 week ago. I tracked it again today since it was supposed to be here days ago. The order was cancelled by the seller! I was never notified by them about the cancelation and still don't know why it was cancelled. And now I don't have enough time before my shoot to get more shipped in! Was relying on them and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I called sales before ordering and the rep answered all my questions, courteously and thoroughly. I ordered based on his responses and the shipment was delivered just as suggested by the tracking details, on time. A follow-up order for batteries was shipped well in advance of the suggested availability. Very happy with Drone Nerds and quite impressed with the Matrice 4T!
