I was a bit confused when ordering a set of wheel spacers for my mk4 golf. So I emailed customer service and asked what exactly one KIT per side meant. They told me it was one axle spacer per wheel and that I would need to put 2 in the quantity box. That being said I went ahead and ordered what I thought was the right axle spacers. Mr Rrno Kidssel then asked me more questions about my car and it turns out I had just bought the wrong axle spacers so I emailed him back and told him I had just ordered a different set by mistake and let him know my order number. Without even questioning it or anything they quickly switched my order around and put the correct axle spacers in there and sent them out the door and the shipping was super fast I got them not even 24 hours later and received an email saying don’t worry we switched it around and got it straight.
