Found this retailer as I searched online for the lens I wanted. I never had dealt with them before and was a bit concerned how they had the lens in stock while other major online retailers, including the manufacturer, all showed the item unavailable or backordered. With purchasing the Panasonic Lumix S1H camera, I was a little hesistant and skeptical that it would actually be new as B&C stated in my pre-purchase questions and on their website, considering it was released in 2019. It was great to simply call on the phone and have a real human pick up without having to press 1 for this or 2 for that or it be some call center in India or somewhere by the way. Once I received the camera with the fast shipping provided, I was happy to discover that the camera did appear to be new. Doing a shot check on the camera revealed that the date to first operate the camera was the date I was checking it. The few shots on the camera were most likely factory shots it seems. Either way, very satisfied with the purchase, at a good price with fast delivery and a connection to a real camera store that I can easily reach on the phone. Thanks B&C!
