Have not been helpful so far with this return. Packaging was below subpar and the box fell apart. They expect me to find my own box to return the item. Not easy for a 6 foot long light tube.

The camera works great and the shipping was very fast! I was excited to find a new one since they're always out of stock and am happy with my purchase.
