It is entirely possible that I converted centimetres to inches incorrectly. It is also possible that I may have miss understood the term 'cords'. I was expecting medium-sized desktop flags, 6" x 8", with a small pole so I could add them to my collection at work. I believe I was in the wrong, but whomever reads this, please let me know if I can place a new order for the same flags, but a smaller size with poles (wooden dowels approximately 10" in length)
