Dans l'ensemble très bien mais une commande m'est arrivé tardivement prévu à la livraison le 2 avril, arrive le 11 avec une pointe de drapeau cassé mais je reste un client satisfait. Maison très sérieuse, envoi très rapide en général, personnel a l'accueil téléphonique très aimable, disponible et compréhensif.

First order I paid for the express shipping and there were no issues. Second order, different situation. Standard shipping to the US was a problem (US fault), and the company shipped the item twice. Both times lost in transit. Not only did AZ flag try to make the situation right, they also refunded when delivery failed. Above and beyond customer service.
