Using customer service was a good experience. I had to contact them because one of the backings to the earrings fell off and was nowhere to be found. They were able to get me to the place I needed to go to get a new backing. I had a couple bumps along the way to sending them back to get the new backings but they were there helping me the whole time. Totally worth getting a piece and the insurance. Thank you again

I'll admit it: I didn't want to love Awe Inspired. I have enough go-to brands, and my wallet can only take so much. BOY, WAS I WRONG. Every. single. thing. about my purchase was perfect, from the pendant itself, to the gorgeous packaging and even the ship time. The products cost a bit more than your average jewelry brand, but they're WORTH it. It's the first time in a long time of buying almost anything that I feel like the cost was actually reflected in the value.
