Since I was leaving town for a crucial wedding planning and photo shoot, I didn’t have time to initiate a full exchange. However, they responded promptly and sent the corrected item via overnight shipping the next day. They also emailed me a return label, allowing me to return the incorrect item. Their exceptional service ensured that everything was perfect for my trip. The quality of the material is high-end, and the jewelry itself is stunning! 🤩 I’m still not back from my trip and have already ordered more pieces to expand my collection.

Shipping times are still pretty good. I miss the cleaning clothes though I keep them everywhere.

USPS lost my package during the first delivery. Took some convincing but Awe sent me a replacement package and I have decided to stay in their monthly program because of this good customer service.
