This is my second time ordering from award safety. Must admit the order and delivery time was better the first time around. Order was delayed and had to call two weeks in to see what was happening. Product is great and arrived regardless of delays. Will order from here again

No communication
Over a month to receive boots. 3 emails to Award, no response at all. 2 phone calls, staff were not bothered at all, first call I asked for an update should boots not be there a week later. No call. No communication. I was a repeat customer but will NEVER purchase of them again, not due to the delay but due to the complete absence of communication.
