Received all items brand new (as advertised). Packaged well and shipped relatively quickly (5 days for me) and I was across the US from the vendor. Prices can't be beat unless you find something on-sale on Crutchfield, etc; Or, if you're willing to scour eBay or other random e-commerce platforms for scratch and dent, used by good quality, or original NEW product in manufacturer packaging. I will definitely shop with AV Leaders again 👍👍

First time ordering from here and I have no complaints. The subwoofer was delivered quickly with no damages. And best of all, it was a great deal. Cheapest price I could find with other websites charging about $50+ more.
