I have Armor is always quick on shipping and product is very well packed. I have never had to make a claim, but I feel that Avid Armor would be very responsive if I ever had an issue with their products.

It was fine…. it took about a week for them to ship the items, once shipped, 4 days later they arrived. They do everything to make things right, but it seems the quality of the products seems to be diminishing. Example, they changed bag supplier, which resulted in inconsistent outcomes, bags not suctioning down, no vacuum about a third to half the bags you are using……Frustrating.

Took a little while to get it was a little nervous but finally got it I’m very happy

I looked at most other brands available and Avid Armour had the best price and highest rated reviews in my opinion. Very happy with the overall performance and solid construction.
