I purchased this brand and bottle because of the lifetime warranty and because of the durability, I’ve been told by pilots who use their professional line. Seems extremely well-made and the wheels roll extremely well.

Delivered before time

Terrible process to get attention for warranty items. Cannot reach a live agent. Jumping throw hoops to cooperate with what is needed to file a warranty issue. So frustrating to the point where one wants to give up after spending hundreds of dollars on their brand.

Shipping was easy, the product is great. Super clear comparisons of products online.

Ok, but not as expected. I have bought Travelpro in the past and feel my dissatisfaction is mostly my fault.

I haven't used it yet but it seems very smooth.

I ordered this because I wanted a suitcase that would zip close on both sides. The construction is nice and the wheels move exceptionally well. My only real complaint is the amount of room taken from the inside of the suitcase due to the telescoping handles. I have other roller bags that don't lose as much room. I used this bag for 4 different trips that varied between an overnight trip to a week long cruise. it worked quite well for each of those trips.

The bag came packaged well.

Next time I’ll research better before I buy something from travel pro

Travelpro was a pro in keeping me updated from purchase to shipping to delivery times.

Product is good. I’ve been a longtime user of Travelpro products. Customer service is horrible - now customer no service. One cannot talk to a human being. The ridiculous numbers of ‘getting ready’. ‘almost there’ email updates is beyond ridiculous. In summary, good product, no customer service.
